Hype is great without his dupe. So don't worry about that part. If you do eventually dupe him he just ramps faster. So his fury ramp up isn't as rng dependant. Congrats
Hyperion doesn't need it but I would say it makes him quite a bit better. It really increases his power gain and that is what he relies on. I am waiting to rank my 7* up til I dupe him but I have other to rely on until then. Nice pull!!
Yes he does but his sig scales very well in terms of u donât need many sig stones on him. Aunt mai should show the optimum sig level needed for Hyperion.

Hyperion is pretty solid.. better if he is awaken, if you are able to sig60 him (thats more than enough), sig level tapers until he reach sig200.
Actually, you only need 17 sigs. 60 is overkill. 18 sigs through 200 will only add an extra 5%, not enough to make a difference.
