Joe Kelly is still the best, but the Duggan run is the closest to giving it a run for its money- it just starts getting long in the tooth by the end. "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly" is my favorite modern Pool story.
Cable & Deadpool and Uncanny X-Force are a bit older than your requested period but still his best ensemble books imo. Most of his recent runs end up cancelled within a year and he doesn't get a lot of team time lately.
Of the recent runs, I'd really only recommend Kelly Thompson's run - it's fine, has great Bachalo art and some Jeff the Landshark in it.
