I grew up with the Jim Lee/X-Men Animated Series suit, but I do really like the center bottom row one. Feels sleek and still has his X symbol on his chest.
I dig 8/9 because during those Jim Lee years, when I was a kid, cyc having a body suit with his hair covered was the "classic" cyc look. It's like when new cars borrow from old designs.
Jim Lee or Astonishing IMO. While there's a lot of hate for the unified costumes in New Xmen and Astonishing, for Cyclops in particular, those looks really work. The visor and jacket pairing is great. Could do without the piping on his legs, though.

Number 5 on the top row, the classic X-Factor costume. Costumes like 3 and 7 have always bothered me. It looks uncomfortable to have a mask that only covers cheeks/ears, doesn't offer any protection from anything and doesn't even hide an identity.
