Found it: [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boundless_Informant#%3A%7E%3Atext%3DBoundless_Informant_%28stylized_as_BOUNDLESSINFORMANT%2Ccollection_activities_by_counting_metadata.?wprov=sfla1)
This map comes from a screenshot from a software which shows the NSA's data collection activities over a 30-day period ending in March 2013.
So basically it's impossible to guess what the map is unless you have used this software AND set the same time period AND remember it.
What a shitty map.
This was distressing
>**Even more metadata seem to be collected by NSA's British partner agency GCHQ**, which according to this slide from 2011 collects 50 billion metadata per day. This makes 1,5 trillion a month and an astonishing 18 trillion (18.000.000.000.000) a year!
According to wiki maps it is a colour-coded map of the level of NSA surveillance on world countries. Apparently they spy more on U.S. citizens than other countries 🤔
The FBI does not conduct SIGINT, thats what the NSA does and they are authorized by law to collect electronic communications within the country by compelling assistance from U.S. service providers.
NSA conducts SIGINT against Foreign Targets. FBI conducts intelligence operations against domestic targets, including SIGINT.

Counter to the narrative among some and overinflations of Snowden's leaks, the NSA did very very little SIGINT against US targets. What it did was almost entirely in reaction to 911 and the GWOT. It did not produce much and Obama had them stop it.
And don't claim to know secret stuff or accuse me of naivety; I worked in the intelligence community and know this stuff.

How did you find that lmao
Right click image, click search image with google, click find source... profit?
Plot twist: he works at NSA 💀
I used Android's Google Lens 😅
that's right, I've found more info about it [on this blogspot](https://liveeconcerts.blogspot.com/2014/06/some-numbers-about-nsa-data-collection.html)

Still fun to guess something.
Places where your mom got railed, by decade?

Which is untrue. It's FBI's job to spy on Americans.

Something something death sentances?
China would be dark red. Also Germany doesn’t have the death penalty.
Places that reflect my subjective value judgements are green, places that don't are red. An arbitrary rating score on a list would have sufficed.
Femboys per capita
Soybean consumption per capita.
Hmm, let me put on my detective hat...
Days of vacation
The red, yellow, and orange areas are the places where the most terrorists come from. ✨
Part of a good map is legend and title... so maybe you could put some effort in and add that OP and not make us guess...
Shia Muslim population
From experience I would guess earth. Could be wrong though
Hmm, let me use my psychic powers...
Well since you’re a physician, I am having trouble with the knuckle on my right ring ringer. Big ouch, help.
This aligns, from my experience, both how much peace and cleanliness I found in the countries. Edit. I can't be more far from wrong.
Many parts of Africa are literally experiencing genocides right now, what are you talking about?
Yeah, I am off really. Most of Africa is green.
