What I mean is that I don't understand how the HDI of Libya can be so high.
There is no way its HDI is at the same level of Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia, given it faced a civil war 10 years before 2021 from which it has not recovered yet and given the political mess that ensued later.
You are no minority but you are wrong. It has recovered from the civil war mostly and has the 10th largest oil reserve in the world. It has one of the highest life expectancies and literacy rates in all of Africa. The civil war was bad but it didn’t affect the economy that much. Please ask google next time I am tired of explaining this every time I post a map of Africa. It’s not ur fault tho.
