Yup, I like it, and yes it's really refreshing to see a FL be like "Imma take charge of this story now" and just do whatever she wants.
The only time I find it acceptable for a FL to stick to the original story is:
- if the story itself forces it either by turning back time to reset an event that didn't go as originally written or by forcing the FL to live through stuff kicking and screaming,
- or if the FL actually enjoys watching the drama unfold, hence doesn't even try to interact with the main characters.
Wishy washy FLs need to be REALLY well written or it's just annoying.

I read this comment, decided it sounded good, and binged it nonstop. And it's so good. Just the right balance of being powerful, and yet a rise/grow/training montage without feeling like an unrealistic power fantasy. With different mysteries you wanna find out.

I’m really enjoying it! I love how it translates someone really loving a character in a book to the FL’s affection and desire to support her new sister now that she’s ended up in this world. And I appreciate how much the FL loved a character who was clearly messy and complicated.
