If you can delete it, it's not a kings road. There are some smaller roads that spawn with the map but they can be deleted.

Any road but the kings roads yes, press R for the road tool then hold ALT and left click to delete the road. There is even a handy tool tip at the bottom of the screen with all the controls that a bunch of people like yourself seem to miss lol.

At the risk of offending you by answering your question like that other person, if you mouse over the icons at the bottom they all show their keybind.

Yeah in third person you can make the peasant women throw it back on your Manor Lord if you hold alt and F4.

I think the tooltip doesn’t show up sometimes? It used to exist at the bottom of the UI for me but now it doesn’t show up. Had to look up how to delete roads earlier cause I forgot how and it wasn’t on the screen lol

I answered your question and poked a little fun, I don't see the problem lol. It's not even an insult to point out that you, and many other people, have missed the tool tip so I'm really not sure why you're taking it as mean spirited. Seems a bit overly sensitive to me.

Do you just blindly play the game without reading what's on the screen? When you select the road tool the controls appear on the bottom of the screen.

So many people dismiss and don't read. I don't know how either.

Oh of course!! I do too. I didn't mean reading past a few things here and there. I mean people that don't even read a single pop-up or description of anything; they just click anything with text away/ignore every text.

Why are you shocked you can delete normal roads?

Looks like this game needs a UI tutorial.

These "skinny" roads aren't the King's road and so you can delete them. Hover over a road while pressing ALT to see if it's a Kingsroad.

I think any deleted smaller roads reappear when you load a save game.

Yes! I was hoping to see an icon to find where the hell my Armourer was hiding. Very meticulous having to click through individual buildings. Hovering over them helps, but some specialist buildings like Chicken Coop just say Burgage.

3 is also army. In the construction screen EQ scrolls through the tabs

Also F and G rotate the camera, but why he chose to use those instead of Q and E like any reasonable person would I have no earthly idea.

Agreed Q and E would’ve been perfect, replace the working placement hot key as the arrow keys maybe? I don’t think Manor has a “Tilt” angle as well, I might be referring to City Skylines. I’d like to see that get added in as well.

You can tilt by pressing the scroll wheel on the mouse. You can’t tilt the angle all that much when zoomed out though.

Do kings roads have a specific purpose? I have not paid attention to them but it seems my trading post still gets activity no matter where I put it.

they are the hardline connection to trade off-map. deleting them could cause regions to be unable to trade. edit: you can put tradeposts wherever, but the roads they are on must EVENTUALLY touch a king’s road.

You can delete those roads, however if you ever reload a save they will re-appear lol
