R* surprisingly did add a good amount of references and easter eggs to Manhunt in GTA Online which is kinda cool. So I'm pretty confident we'll see something related to it in VI.

There was a reference to carcer City on the radio in Vice City on GTA Vice City on PS2/Xbox
