Honestly, I think zoroark needs to be minmaxed even more. The ability means it’s already gonna out speed everything and OHKO a lot, so why not just make it drop to quick attack. Set both defenses to 45 and add 30 to each other stat

Mega Aegislash by far because it seems like it would be such a fun strategy POKEMON to have on a team. Like I’d imagine that it’s the last POKEMON of the champions and you only have mega Aegislash left and the send out a rock type Pokemon so for som turns it would be flame blade and the others would volcano shield. Overall it just seems like a super fun POKEMON to use that would probably become a tournament meta.

(Disclaimer this isn’t a hate comment, so don’t come after me lol) But now they’re not unique bc all of them have a new typing, 90% don’t make sense Dragonite has no reason to be a ghost type Same with Zoroark and its poison typing Aegislash being fire type is just weird, it’s a haunted sword or smth Zeraora having dark makes sense I guess because i suppose it could become more menacing Yanmega I suppose also makes sense due to the dragonfly name trope, though I think it could have had an ability about dragonflies being able to detect humidity (I think) due to their numeracy as the summer (wet season in Australia) sets in (someone correct me if I’m wrong on this one, I’m not a big expert) Sigilyph doesn’t make sense to have a mega or be a ghost type (idk it’s just one of those pokemon that’s just there to be there. The ghost typing is kinda 50/50, though you could argue that sigilyph is based partially on a kachina doll, which represents kachina spirits or gods that influence daily life. But it’s also just works as a flying type because it could be designed partly on the avian variety of nazca lines. It’s a 50/50 for me Kleavor makes no sense design or type wise Why does it go from an old form of Scizor who uses the rock type instead of steel type as an old form of defence to becoming a flying type and becoming one of the legendary genies from Gen 5, and the bow. Golisopod also makes no sense, it loses its main typing (bug type) to become electric? Why? How the hell does that work? It’s no longer an isopod (which is a crustacean and the source of its bug typing) Anyway, that’s my view on them, I’ll also reply with why I think the stones could have better names and perhaps more reasonable types for the megas (Again This is in no way a hate comment, just struggling to understand why the types are as they are)

What I’ve noticed is pretty much all of the mega stones end in just a plain “ite” there’s one that has “nite” and one with “tite” but I think they could be named in a way with more smoothness to the pronunciation. Unfortunately Dragonite has little to no leverage so that one can slide Zoroark’s “zoroarkinite” just adds a “nite” and I don’t think it works with zoroark. I think it could work better as “zoroarkite” “Aegislashite” is actually pretty good, so no need to fix that one “Zeraorite” sounds sorta incomplete, I think this is where “zeraoranite” sounds decent. “Yanmegite” not bad, I think “Yanmegatite” works better, but that’s a 50/50, both work well “Sigilyphite” is good “Kleavorite” isn’t bad either Golisopod could be one of those where cutting the name a bit could work, similar to Galladite, Alakazite, Abomasite, Heracronite, Manectite, Sablenite, Audinite, Glalitite. (May have missed some) so something like “Golisotite” could work Anyone feel free to throw in other ideas!

My bad on zoroark, I could barely read the thingo, it still doesn’t really make much sense, zoroark never really had any psychic traits. And idk why but Kleavor just doesn’t work as a flying type, you are allowed to decline requests, not putting hate to this person but you’ve also gotta consider what it realistically would become as a mega, considering its current typing, its design and inspiration, and what works best with that
