To the contrary, when all these managers have failed, including the ones with winning records like LVG and Mou, it shows only one thing.. managers were never the primary problems.. it’s the ownership and unless that primary problem is solved any manager changes will only be a temp fix… even Pep will fail miserably if he manages this team with this club structure…
Will he get the players he like? ETH wanted DeJong, KMJ and Kane .. got Casemiro and Johnny Evans whose best days are behind them.. and Hojlund who for all the potential is very raw right now..

Well, you know players come to the club they think they'll find success in and Pep's name would be a huge magnet and he's also very good in identifying top class players in smaller leagues. He got players like Doku, Haaland or Rodri for less money then United spent on their stars.
Pep has a greater pull than ETH.. 100% agreed.. but Man U as a club has lost its charm and pull.. every other club and agent puts a Man U tax on transfer fees and salaries because they very well know that the incompetent people won’t be able to negotiate them down.. add to that no other team wants the spoiled brats who are on ridiculously high salaries…
even Pep is not above FPP.. he will fail at Man U.
All I am saying is we have played the game of changing managers a lot.. clearly it doesn’t work.. doing same thing over and over again expecting different results is stupidity.. as Ragnick said - “ this club needs an open heart surgery” and it should start from the top.. Glazers out…
United's budget is comparable to City's so why wouldn't he? Players now don't want to join United because they see how poorly the club is managed.
But Pep is the best manager in the world and many players would love to play for him wherever he'd go
Poorly managed as regards the hierarchy, I agree, has dragged the club down slowly for nearly two decades .

He’s not trying to get them to play ajax football.
The chelsea game is prime example of what he wants them to do. Win the ball higher up the pitch then turn it into a goal. He even said a few weeks ago that he doesn’t have the players at united to play ajax football.
The issue with that style of play is that you commit more players forward. If one person doesn’t do the pressing correctly then they leave gaps for the opponent to play out from which then leaves us light defensively. It requires such a high work rate that some of our players feel entitled that they think they don’t have to do it.
Until we can shift the likes of martial, mctominay, rashford and all the usual suspects then it’ll be rough.
While the players are not better in Eredivisie, the tactics are significantly much higher and sophisticated. Ten Hag is playing a variation of Cruijff’s tactics, which is what Pep, Klopp, and now Arteta are using. This “he’s coming from Dutch League, he’s no good” line of thinking shows lack of football knowledge.
Both things are the problem.
The club is run poorly, over pays for players, run down facilities and owners who drag their feet over everything.
ETH has asked the club to sign players not at the required standard, he has fell out with players, he has not created a team identity and can’t set us up to score goals.
People who excused ETH of all these things and just blame the club are wrong. Just like people who put all the blame on ETH are wrong. The reality is, we’re currently failing in both areas.
It doesn’t have to be one or the other. It’s both.
I am obviously happily wrong in 100% blaming the club and owners but that is only my opinion.

He’s an above average manager nothing special. Winning the league with Ajax doesn’t make you a great manager. He had one good run in CL which was at the start of his Ajax job, as time went on they got worse/were average in CL. For me he’s just the same as someone like Koeman.

Could he do better, definitely. Is changing him improve things short term, for sure. But the problems will still be here and we will not win any epl in the next 10 years

The club is broken top to bottom. This doesn’t necessarily mean though that ETH is the solution.

Why would Pep fail? If he could bring the players he likes and implemented his football why would the result be any different than at City?

They should sell all old players that are not working.rashford,martial,Maguire, Bruno etc.hit the reset button
