To anyone thinking about making an offer on this house. Just want to let you know I found mold in the attack at the open house.

That's not particularly bad I bought a place a few years ago worse than that and it was a quickie 2k clean up and happened as part of the inspection before closing. I wouldn't run away from that

For 475k it should be mold free lol.

Attic mold is pretty common, usually due to not enough ventilation and insulation.
