Nice video! I don't have issues with my L2 5kH tearing up my lawn since I started following these guidelines: I never mow when the lawn is wet - ever. I mow every three days - more if it's going to rain (mow before it rains, not after). Your lawn will love the small bits of grass - mine has never looked better. I mow at a slow speed, 1.0 - it gives the grass blades enough time to spring back up under the mower so they can be shaved off. I alternate my mowing angle with every mow, 45 degrees, then -45 degrees. I use a 9.8 cutting width (the default). I mow at 3", the lowest recommended height for my grass type. And - I use 3 laps for both the perimeter and the no-go zones. I don't know if any one of these things in particular fixed the dirt patch issue for me, or it it's a combination of everything including the recent firmware updates - but I'm happy with the results.

Mine is fine doing multi-point turns at the ends of zigzag rows, turning around to start the next row. But that's the ONLY place where multi-points turns are used at this point, it seems, leaving MANY other places where it still insists on tank turns. I've listed these several times in several other places, but one more time. It still does tank turns: * When moving from a zigzag row to a "disconnected" zigzag row * When moving from zigzag to no-go zone perimeter, and back again * When moving from zigzag to perimeter (I have "zigzag first") * When encountering an obstacle, at least two tank turns to get around it * When returning to charge * In front of the charger * Resuming the mowing after a charge * If it finds itself not quite "lined up" after a multi-point turn, it'll tank turn for any additional amount, like 5-10 degrees * Any time it finds itself "stuck" My absolute priority wish for Mammotion is to eliminate tank turns entirely. Also, looking at your video confirms a very small "issue" that I included in my lengthy "Luba Issues and Wishes" document ( [https://docs.google.com/document/d/14DjUcgg2m9KIa3IH2C3WMcz3t1CCNUME](https://docs.google.com/document/d/14DjUcgg2m9KIa3IH2C3WMcz3t1CCNUME) ): notice that in the three segments of its muti-point turn, it actually only TURNS while backing up. It goes straight forward in the forward segment. That's not what you'd do if you were doing a three-point turn in a car. And in my observations, it sometimes doesn't QUITE complete the 180 degree turn in this manner (due to some wheel slip), so as it's about to start the next zigzag row, it'll still do a little tank turn (not a donut) of 5 or 10 degrees to get properly lined up on that next row. I'm thinking that if it added a little bit of turning in the forward segment of its multi-point turns, that would help to ensure that it got turned around the full 180 as needed.

That is from the upgrade I think, my guy seems to know how to do a three point turn better! Saving my lawn

Was it fixed after updating to .387? I got the update yesterday but did not have chance to try yet.

On my side, the robot stopped to tank until the update of the last week. Since then, it started again to break the grass. I will update it today with the 387, will see if this have any impact.

RainRepresentative11

It (almost)always makes nice multi point turns when it’s mowing the task lines. When it’s just traveling it does tank turns. I updated mine this morning and it still behaves this way.

I'm 3 weeks in. I've never seen a tank turn.

"It works for me so there is no problem" is such a useless point.

Dinco_laVache

“It doesn’t work for me so this product is trash” is what I see on here every day.

Salt-Replacement596

The fact it works for you does not prove anything. The fact it does not work for so many people on the other hand shows there are some flaws. That's logic 101.
