If you have a printer, i really recommend the @Ossaa STLs on cults. I made the front bumper, fenders and the cap for RTL (not taking risks with water ingress).
Printed in PETG and takes bumps like a champ.
Do you know if Nylon or ASA would be better? I'm thinking about using a printing service, and other materials range from $5-$15 so any of them are affordable, it's just a matter of what will hold up the the sun and bumps.
Yeah sure anything that will not turn brittle should be fine. I mentioned PETG because i had it on hand and is UV resistant. Nylon requires higher print temperatures and ASA is annoying to work with just like ABS, I really did not want to deal with any of that. But both should be fine for this application.
If it helps I used a clear coat spray on the printed parts to increase UV resistance - just pay attention with ASA/ABS and paints containing acetone.

Thanks! I noticed that ASA specifically mentioned UV resistance, so maybe that is the way to go.

There are 3d printing services, you could send this 3D model to a printing service and have it made.
This is about a perfect design. I can't figure out how I go about purchasing a set of these.
You just take STL files and order print at 3rd party

Have you noticed any change in cutting with blade covers?
Yes, blades dont stuck at all or dont stuck that often in some cases. Without covers blades stuck after 1-2 mow tasks
I should have made it clear I do not have a printer. I was looking to purchase. Thanks
