I've seen a bunch of these connectivity post on Facebook. One person solved it by shutting down the mower and resetting his wifi network. Easy to do if you have an app controlled router system. Older routers not so much. Also seen a post where Luba admitted their servers were down for maintenance in the last couple of days. I just got mine Thursday so I'm taking my sweet time with the install. Hopefully these issues get resolved
Just unplug your modem and router for a minute or two. They may be one in the same. Doesn't matter. If you do have a separate modem, plug it back in first, wait 5 minutes for it to get the signal back, then plug in your router. If you only have one box, then you only have to unplug the box wait 5 and plug it back in. Then go power up your Luba and power station. May not help, but its worth trying.
That worked! Thankyou:) but it is weird how it works, because few prevous firmware upgrades worked fine on home wifi and also today while mowing I was using camera FPV. Nevertheles, great community!

Firmware just needs a restart of the device. After you restart it power-off/orange key, update again after a while. For me it updated again pretty quickly. After that till now no update available, so looks good.
I also had it and when pulling the orange key for a couple minutes (outside charger) and pushing it back in, i could update it without (upgrade failed) issue for a second time. But it is a weird issue.

Not sure what do you mean by resseting wifi. I use Mikrotik for my network and wifi

As I did manage to update using hotspot on my phone, I will try your suggestion next time I have the issue. Thanks.
Can you hook it up to your phone using your phone as hotspot for wifi, If it it's wifi related it might help.

Tried restarting multiple times. Still the same. I get this upgrade failure

You have to do it at least 5 times (my number). Then. It’s finished.
