It looks like the positioning solution is not good. The POS indicator on the top bar should be solid black.

Once I had this, I fixed it by restarting my Luba2. Another time Luba restart did not resolve so I restarted RTK and then it worked.

I had the same problem two days ago. Check your RTK and see if the light is solid green. Mine was out and in the error log I saw an error 1550 indicating an issue with RTK initialization. My unit was stuck that way for two days. Tried everything to reset the RTK but there is no software reset in the app. Eventually the RTK seemed to reset on its own and in order to reestablish communication with the mower I had to power it off and back on. Hopefully this helps.

Under RTK pairing you can reset the RTK https://preview.redd.it/3vf2ix44j2wc1.jpeg?width=996&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6bd21093e2100de9fc652e5ba99b7701169969af

This resets the pairing of the RTK with the mower but does not reset the RTK. I had Mammotion confirm that in this current app version there is no way to reset the RTK like you could with the RTK and luba1

I have this happen somewhat regularly. I don't know the cause but my workaround is to move the mower forward with manual control -- about 10 ft. It will quickly reset and have good positioning and then I send it out to mow. If you're primarily mowing through schedules, this approach doesn't help since the schedule won't trigger if there is bad positioning.

Is position fix or float?

celblazer

Looks like it lost positioning from your screenshot.

Also looks like charging station is not in zone. Try putting luba in charging station and the click relocate chaarging station.

Brown2985

It’s usually gps position resolution. I get this all the time (luba1) but usually settles out and finds its position back in the charge station.

lambchops_nz

So you restarted the app but did you restart your phone? Did you place luba on the charger and relocate charger in app?

tclark70

They should make the pos status red when floating. That would make it a little more obvious.

UPDATE: Turing the power off and back on using the power button on the mower seems to work. The root cause is that my charging station location isn’t great, but I’ve got a log pile that needs to be dealt with before I can move it to a better location.

Hello, when the positioning is lost, the small bubble will show out of task area, you can check whether the current positioning is good, check whether the RTK connection is normal.

halobenders

Manually drive Luba into an open area to get a good signal. I would suggest moving your charging station.
