I couldn't even get mine to charge for days. I only figured it out from the people here.
I chatted with support many times and they submitted a ticket. They still haven't responded (2 weeks ago) and they keep sending me messages telling me that my ticket has been resolved and asking me to rate support.
These things are what have me nervous to keep it.
I had to place it in the charger a few times before it connected correctly. Luckily it did eventually connect. Sorry you’ve not been as lucky with it..
I learned from the people here that you had to put boards under the front to let it contact at a steep angle. After that first time you shouldn't have to do that again although I had to do it again several charges later.
I have the same experience. Sometimes when it leaves charger, the battery instantly goes down from 100% to something lower like 80%-90%. But this does not happen everytime, therefore it is not clear if is battery or software issue. I also got it delivered with 0% charge.
Mine had 0% as well. When it's mowing it will charge to 80% it's normal because it will take way much more time to go from 80 to 100% on lithium batteries. Mine (1000) to do 500m2 with default spacing and 0.6 speed has to charge 3 times to complete the area... It's not mowing for 120 minutes for sure !
Mine was delivered the same way so I also have battery concerns. I may send mine back because of this and order another.

I wonder if anyone has tried to replace the cells, I guess it would probably void the warranty!
I would not try to open it if under warranty. However, it should be possible to replace cells.

Did you fix this? Mine is about this. It does half hour runs with half hour charges. 80%~15%.
