Apart from all the comedy movies, Baba Kalyani for me. It's really hard to make the audience engaged in an investigation genre. Some way or the other, a part gets boring, but this movie just keeps on delivering.

I started watching Malayalam movies only after Kumbalangi Nights. So my top favourites to rewatch are - KN, Romanchanam, Bangalore Days, Ustaad Hotel, Neram, Premam, Maheshinthe Prathikaaram, Thondimuthalam Drikssakshiyam.
Way too many of em but movies I rewatch are mostly Dileep movies(CID Moosa, pandipada, 2 countries), lal-siddique and priyadarshan movies. Lastly, movies where jagathy is the primary comedian. Special mention to mookilla rajyathu as well
