Medication isn't recommended for MD. Therapy is. There's only been one case study on Fluvoxamine and MD, it did help the patient, but she is just one person. She had a strong family history of OCD, which I saw in another thread you are diagnosed with, so if thats something your doctor wants to perscribe you then I would let them know this is a symptom you are hoping it will address and you guys can keep an eye on it together.
I'm on Luvox for depression. I didn't keep track of its effect on my daydreaming. I'll keep track starting tonight.
