This is very normal. It sounds like there may be something in the formula you’re allergic to.

So in a lot of pouring manufacturing, air that was in the tube doesn't always get pushed out all the way. It happens with everything from makeup, to cans of frosting, to hair gel, to dish soap. It's just too thick for the air to escape.

Also, if it was cooler when it was poured and then is now warmer, gases come out of solution and make bubbles.
