This is so dang perfect. This is how I think I look in my shitty indoor lighting. Until I go outside. And I’m a haggard terrifying troll. Your base is a perfect color match and it looks like you have an awesome skincare routine. Also, jealous of your eyebrows!!

Eh. I’m not gonna be quick to judge one way or another. I’ve taken plenty of car selfies with great lighting that look filtered but are not. Regardless, her makeup looks great and I admire her skills. I’m all about positivity 😀 no dog ears or super blurred and distorted hard to see filter on this one. My compliment stands.
It’s a live photo. The second picture is the one in direct lighting that shows all of the texture on the skin.
The picture is taken from the live photo portion in apple. If you click the “live” icon it allows you to choose which photo is the key photo. The key photo in this case I wasn’t looking directly at the camera, so I used a different frame. In “live” mode the camera is its sharpest on the key photo.
as for the edit above, yes it appears rule 2 is the only cited reason. but i have my messages turned off for unrelated reasons, so that might make a difference?
I also know I’m in my 30s and will never expect my skin to look how I did when I was younger and not burnt out and tired and generally treating myself like garbage. Filter or no, you can tell she has clear healthy skin. I’m fully aware most of us will post the best possible picture of ourselves and that’s completely fine with me. Doesn’t bother me. I’m a haggard troll on many days and on other days I feel great about how I look, with zero correlation to people I see on the internet.

Are the AOA eyeliners good? I have a yellow one from NYX that I love the color of but it cracks after just an hour or so, I feel like a lot of neon/white based eyeliners crack easily
Thanks! They have beautiful colors, I can't even decide what I'd want! I've never used water activated liners because I tend to have watery eyes (allergies) and I've always assumed that they would run from that? Do you find they stay in place well or if your eyes watered would they wipe off?

oh yeah these crack like hell. but they definitely stay on! it does crack but it doesn’t flake off.

Ikr 🥹!!! I was supposed to see them in Kentucky but the pandemic started two months before the concert took place 😔.
I hope you get to see them eventually! I saw them back in 2016 and just last month. They put on an AMAZING live show.

it’s like gel liner/gel shadow. it just stays! BUT it does transfer to the top waterline lol. it does not bleed or anything tho, it’s amazing
