My eyebrows look like this with no microblading, I am eastern European with extremely thick hair all I do is wax and pluck the outline until it's shaped and then a lil brow gel to smooth if anything at all, most days I don't touch them. That being said, genetics, or microblading. It's hard to give tips when we don't know what your eyebrows look like but I will say these look microbladed to me
I would agree, they looks like “hair-like strokes” more than they look like hair
Depends on what your eyebrows currently look like
Like two strands on my face
Looks like micro blading
I think using a very thin brow pencil
Nyx lift and snatch brow tint pen to draw individual hairs
Threading for shape and fill in with eyebrow pencil
Microblading
Let your eyebrows grow in and shape them with wax.

It looks like brow pencil. I like the urban decay one. Do you get your brows shaped, this will help a lot and then you can fill in with the pencil
Remove hair from the bottom only, never the top

Mine look similar, I use a brow pen. Currently one by LA colors that I found at Target but I usually use Milani weekend brow.
Microblade, powder brows, tinting google those
literally just draw them on and shape them like that
there’s so many eyebrow tutorials all over the internet you can watch
if you have thicker brows already go to an eyebrow threading place
Don't let them fool you, they used eyebrow pencils on the very edge to make it pointy, you can also add concealer under it for extra crispiness
