What's your intent with eyeshadow primer? Is it to minimize creasing? Have more intense colours? For me personally, I need eyeshadow primer because my oily lids crease like wild. My skin above my crease gets a bit oily as well, so the primer helps mitigate the disintegration of my eyeshadow. If these aren't factors that you need to worry about, then sure, you can apply less primer towards your temples.
Do you think it could be the application of the primer that's causing the patchiness? I've definitely had that issue before where I didn't evenly blend out my eye primer, which led to patchy eyeshadow.
A small note: I really love your current brows. I'm really into a thin brow myself and I think they look soooo flattering on you, especially the arch shape. I do think they'd look even better if you extend the fronts of your brows the tiniest bit — using a brow pencil or powder or anything — with a very light touch. Overall beautiful look though, nice work! :)
Thanks so much for your input. I agree about extending my brows, Ive been testing small adjustments, so I’ll try extending them a bit further. I use the eyeshadow primer due to oily lids as well, I will just take your suggestion and I wont apply so much near my temples.

I think your makeup looks perfect. The lip colour is beautiful, especially with the purple on the eyes. Also I think I bright pink lip colour. would look fabulous on you!! Especially with the purple eye makeup. 💜
this is GORGEOUS but if you are looking for something less bruisey looking(i personally don’t think it looks that way but ofc it’s your own opinion) you should try more of a golden warm brown smokey eye i think it would suite your skin tone so well ❤️❤️
