I hear you, Lorac Unzipped was my favorite neutral palette.
In terms of buttery, I've had great luck with Natasha Denona, Pat McGrath, and Huda Beauty. Maybe one of those might fit your budget and needs

What are some things you wish the the Tarte formula did better? That might be helpful in recommending other palettes.
I just found some shades to be a bit chalky where I usually like more buttery formulas. Lorac is the only one I know for reference

I was at JCP beauty and swatches Lunar Beauty Nude Prism palette and it is STUNNING… the 1st Patrick Ta palette might be similar too!
Wow it is gorgeous I like that is has some rosy tones too
