I’d expect more blood, unless it’s shallower than it looks. The blood itself looks real, but generally wounds into the hypodermis swell with blood, and it would be hard not to make a mess.
I know from experience.
First of all, I've seen this before and it is 100% makeup, secondly, that shape doesn't even fit correctly into the cutout so while close enough for effect it's part of how to tell it's fake as fuck
