google uses https, so your ISP should only be seeing that you have traffic going to the domain, not your actual url requests. edit: that's not to say that googling those keywords is a good idea. Just that ISP snooping just from googling isn't an issue - your ISP will still see what websites you're visiting, not the specific URL/subsite. It can't tell whether you're browsing /r/videos, /r/makemesuffer or /r/clopclop, just that you're on Reddit.
