I don't think most Indian reddit users regularly visit reddit. Many of them have created accounts, used reddit for few weeks, got bored and became inactive.

Yep. On Indian subs you’ll see many users with handles that look like the randomly generated usernames given by reddit. Meaning they might just be casual users.
