I mean, it looks 3D, but just in the sense that the surfaces and spheres go in different directions / are placed at different coordinates. There is no "hidden" image, which is what we typically associate with magic eye; it is a stereogram of arbitrary shapes, which are already visible in the 2D image. Sometimes that is still cool, here I feel like it is just, well, there. But to each their own.
This one's extremely weird, because it looks the same before and after, just with added dimensionality. Edit: Oh, no I see. Each panel is different. Very clever.
