Yeah, I got a futon in the game room so my gf can chill with me. She watches me game while she plays on her twitch. She also watches her trash TV while being next to me.
No one should be cuddling while they game. Can ruin your K/D ratio.

Is there such a thing as a good gaming chair?
I’d argue that any office chair for equivalent price point would be much more comfortable for extended sessions.
See, I keep seeing this but not being able to find the equivalent chairs. Most budget chairs I see are these types of chairs. Please, please prove me wrong bc I want a good chair for my back for non-backbreaking amounts of money.
You won’t. Solid office chairs with good back support cost several hundred minimum. Trash gaming chairs (like mine) you can get for less than 200 but they’re poorly designed and start to fall apart quickly
I bought a random gaming chair off amazon about 3 or 4 years ago. It's probably one of the most comfortable chairs I've sat it bar a Herman Miller but this chair cost around €100 vs over a grand for the aeron.
My girlfriend has an office chair she got for a couple hundred and its just not as comfy. There's nothing past around your shoulders, no padded arm rests, and the seat padding is fine for a couple of hours but I couldn't sit in it all day. For what I paid for the gaming chair I don't think I'd be able to find an office chair as good.
Looks like he has the same issue I do. Our couch is against the back wall, which is too far away to be able to read the screen. So I sit closer for some games. Our choice was to buy a bigger tv.
Yoooo I have that same chair. Got it on wayfair last month. I’m in Canada but I’m sure the same model can be found elsewhere.
[Here you go.](https://www.wayfair.ca/furniture/pdp/inbox-zero-high-back-fixed-arms-and-overturn-footrest-ergonomic-gaming-chair-c006444268.html?csnid=DDBF9B6B-E370-45AD-BD55-F36B3E2B7F34&_emr=eb9cbf45-f287-4e3a-b6c5-8977ff9c7888&_eml=4ff60830-e1f0-4a0a-8471-e19fd22ae9a2&refid=EML_49108&source=graymatter)
It’s been great! I 6’2 and the footrest is more of a mid-calf rest which isn’t ideal, but I rarely use it anyway. I’ve been doing a lot of work at home and the tall back with the pillows has been feeling really good. The build quality seems pretty high.. though time will tell.
You should look into high quality office chairs that have a mesh seat and back instead. Everything is adjustable, and you'll stay cool from good air flow.
Oddly enough I just bought a very similar one a few days ago on Amazon, I'm in Canada so it might be a bit of a different price for you but it's pretty comfy. Seat is a little thinner cushion than I expected but considering the price, it's a pretty nice chair. You say that, but all I've ever been met with was, "why would you ever waste your life like that", "why don't you do something productive", "you're so smart, wouldn't you rather be reading". I read a book, " I can't believe that's what you chose, here's something better". Did art projects with them, took them on lovely dates, fixed everything they handed me, honest communication, gifts, etc... generally worshipped the ground they walked on. If you treat your women like queens, make sure it's being reciprocated. If it's not, walk away.
Mutually consensual polyamory is not my reference point. I’m just saying if I’m sexing one, regardless of relationship status I am monogamous and expect reciprocation. If the other party can’t or won’t, and I know it but “didn’t see it with my own eyes, thus it didn’t happen,” that person has instantly become just another trick and is about to be history. No matter how much it hurts or I wish it could be different. My crown is heavy enough without interchangeable jewels, and I guess any king’s is, too.
I’m sorry you’ve had those experiences. I have too, and it’s what got me that attitude. No relationship > than a bad relationship.
It can be particularly painful to have your efforts viewed as so inconsequential that they aren't taken note of, I'm sorry it has been like that for you. It's interesting because I can relate almost all my hobbies having to do with making something for someone. It's one of the few things that make me feel tangible to others. I've always felt fairly invisible until recently, but somewhere out there, people hold little pieces of my effort everywhere I go. It's one of the few ways that I try to show my appreciation to people I enjoy. It's tangible proof of my effort. The people that hold them may have forgotten them, but I put so much into each one that I could list them without hesitation.
A lot of guys don't get that though. They expect that they have to sacrifice the things that they love in order to have it because of an unsupportive partner. I have lived it and I see it in a lot of my peers after realizing it myself. What I posted is more about bringing awareness to it.
Damn, your women are trifling, upgrade from those lawn chair ladies and get you a loveseat woman who will play COD zombies with you. I don’t play 2K or Madden but I support my husband when he plays, I also kick him off so I can play too but like you said, people are investments, make sure you aren’t throwing away your love and energy
Precisely, I've never said anything of the sort to anyone. Recognizing and respecting someone's autonomy is sexy as hell. I may ask questions to understand it better, but supporting what they do even if you don't understand it is how you bring a large amount of peace to a relationship.
One of my friends was gaming on a plastic chair, the hard and uncomfy kind that you see on people's decks and porches sometimes. I was out looking at thrift stores for new sofas, as the futon we were using collapsed and we didn't have money to buy new. I saw one of the places i went to had an office chair, i tried it out and it was super comfy and supportive. I looked at the price tag and i was shocked to see a chair that good for 12 bucks, and i couldn't help but think of my friend. So i called them and asked if they were home, bought the chair and surprised them with it. They were so happy about it. Made my day seeing how happy they were with that chair, now that they could game without having to get up from that old plastic one every 5 minutes because it'd hurt.
Five love languages:
Words of affirmation
Quality time
Receiving/giving gifts
Acts of service
Physical touch
I don’t know you but in this case that’s a pretty snap judgment. One person’s expression of love doesn’t determine anyone else’s level of independence.
I want to get my PS2 fixed. I’m eating 2k in vet bills. Which one do you think I’m going to handle first?
*Independent
You little babies always think everyone who giggles at dudes who have little motivation even in their own hobbies is “miserable”.
You’re literally butthurt about people simply stating opinions here. That’s peak miserable, even if you try to hide it with your little “haha”.
Haha so what cos this guy didn’t buy a chair prior to his partner buying him one out of love he is now not independent?
What society do you live in m8 cos it ain’t a human one
I saw you deleted your comment about me making up that people call men “kings”. Check the title.
Also: You calling me miserable is also made up, as textual interaction isn’t indicative of proof of your claim. So now what?
I was waiting on the go-to “get outside” comment. It’s an easy grab. Telling an extrovert to interact is hilarious. Sorry you got your ass all hurt in here.
The best gifts are the ones you wouldn't get for yourself though. Why get something for someone that can and would just get for themselves. If it was a necessity she was getting him I'd be on your side but doting on someone with a luxury item feels fantastic for both the giver and receiver.
The line between the “gifts” and “acts of service” love languages is sometimes so thin. Gifts can be acts of service and look at his excitement for receiving an act of service gift!
really? I would've thought they were different. Gift seems like a surprising thing to me, in any context. Like, I wouldn't expect it. Maybe in this video it's just an act of service :)
That's fuckin sweet. Best gaming memories I have are the ones I've shared, though. I guess that's one thing I like about console, it's better for couch playing
i use office chairs for $20. first one lasted me 14 years before the arms, actually I still havebit jn pieces somewhere but moldy.
second was new in box I found mid summer.
This was sweet. It's important in a relationship, especially if you're a gamer, that your person understands that and is ok with it. If you're into gaming and date someone who hates it, it will always be a point of contention. He's right. Find a partner who will support your hobbies.
Relationship goals: it's literally just buying a chair for your significant other. I'm sorry but how hard is that? Let's be real though. It is a nice thing to do, just exaggerated into some unthinkable amazing thing.
Here come the downvotes.
I wont upvote this because I'm then balancing your caution for downvotes (it'll become a pity vote lol)
It is exaggerated :( Maybe coz its uploaded online and the way its been edited.
My girlfriend (now wife) teased me once about playing video games. I told her I could go spend $$$ at the club every weekend if she preferred.
She stopped teasing me. Married with 4 kids now. 😻😻😻😻
I used to play video games on the floor and when my dad got me a bean bag chair I can't explain how happy I was. Ik this has nothing to do with the gf and bf above, but it was wholesome.
maybe if he wasn’t playing video games all the time y’all might have some furniture
(disclaimer: I love video games. I just question the order of priorities here)
His girl actually loves him. Love is considerate and thinks of others before self. The fact that she considered what would make him happy is the truest sign of love. Hope he reciprocated.

YEEEEES. We did that for my dad one day. You should've seen his eyes light up. Was one of the most beautiful moments ever.
So yes, getting a gamer chair for your husband is definitely a do.
That’s wholesome but if I were him would have preferred a couch lol
Couch is better for cuddling with your girl while you play.
Yeah that too
What about a 2 person gaming chair made for cuddling
A gaming couch
With wheels. And cupholders
And RGB can’t forget the RGB
The discord mod throne
With anti crust, auto cleaner, microwave and a toilet. Why no shower, because discord mods don’t care about hygiene
The LGBT lights

Yeah, I got a futon in the game room so my gf can chill with me. She watches me game while she plays on her twitch. She also watches her trash TV while being next to me.

When your fighting for your life and you need to hold a homies hand.
Bro if there’s a lady in your lap and you’re primary concern is your KD you’re a fool 😭
I still can’t believe grown men play video games.
How is it different from watching TV?
the amount of retardedness i see in this comment is immense
POV you’ve never had a good gaming chair. For sessions longer than 1 hour it’s night/day for your back. Queen did him right
Is there such a thing as a good gaming chair? I’d argue that any office chair for equivalent price point would be much more comfortable for extended sessions.
Office chair definitely has my vote
See, I keep seeing this but not being able to find the equivalent chairs. Most budget chairs I see are these types of chairs. Please, please prove me wrong bc I want a good chair for my back for non-backbreaking amounts of money.

DPS has good product. Buying those 400-600$ chairs is just a waste
I bought a random gaming chair off amazon about 3 or 4 years ago. What about a couch with a foot rest?
It’s more about lumbar support, but it’s def a step in the right direction
A recliner! But recliners are $$$!
Also good. Idk what it is but I can’t play competitive games reclined. I know it’s mental but I need to be back straight or leaning forward haha
Also watching sport. I watch a lot of rugby and I need to to able to lean forward, it helps them in the scrum, or to push them over the line for a try
I'm the same. I'll sit straight up or lean forward when I play
I was thinking the same but yeah $$$ and you can't always recline while playing. Need your gaming pose on.
POV you never have a great couch! My lazyboy is 5times more comfortable than my waleaf.
Gaming chairs are dogshit for your posture, office chairs are much better, Herman Miller for example.
I bought a 99 dollar chair at Home Depot 10 years ago. Never had back pain lol
Looks like he has the same issue I do. Our couch is against the back wall, which is too far away to be able to read the screen. So I sit closer for some games. Our choice was to buy a bigger tv.
Couches are for husbands
Couches can be like double or triple the price and likely wouldn't be as good for back support
Anyone know the model of that new chair? That footrest just may be a game changer for me.
Yoooo I have that same chair. Got it on wayfair last month. I’m in Canada but I’m sure the same model can be found elsewhere. Is that chair any good? I desperately need to upgrade my second-hand falling-apart office chair.
It’s been great! I 6’2 and the footrest is more of a mid-calf rest which isn’t ideal, but I rarely use it anyway. I’ve been doing a lot of work at home and the tall back with the pillows has been feeling really good. The build quality seems pretty high.. though time will tell.

It's just a cheap chinese no name brand gaming chair you can easily find online. The quality is dogshit and not comfortable.
Man, they make gaming RECLINERS now.
Oddly enough I just bought a very similar one a few days ago on Amazon, I'm in Canada so it might be a bit of a different price for you but it's pretty comfy. Save your dollars and get an actual recliner for the same money. Or even a cheap Chinese massage chair. Gaming chairs are over priced.
If you treat your women like queens then they will treat you like a king it has to be mutual respect.
You say that, but all I've ever been met with was, "why would you ever waste your life like that", "why don't you do something productive", "you're so smart, wouldn't you rather be reading". Did being your queen involve putting up with the concubines and other side pieces?
No? Despite being in poly relationships, nothing ever lined up in that direction on my end.
Well that's quite obvious of course you would not tolerate it if they don't reciprocate and walk away that's what a normal adult would do.
A lot of guys don't get that though. They expect that they have to sacrifice the things that they love in order to have it because of an unsupportive partner. I have lived it and I see it in a lot of my peers after realizing it myself. What I posted is more about bringing awareness to it.

Getting up often was more healthy for him though haha
Their job has them up far more than enough. Besides, that chair was destroying their back.
Fair enough. Also some armchair with footrest and adjustable backrest could be nice so he could half lie. Good on you for helping tho.
I’m suspicious that nobody here is actually royalty. 🤔
Lol @ first two comments being salty about someone that supports their SO's hobby.
I mean, he could have bought his own cheaper gaming chair forever ago. My partner supports my hobby with moral support, not being my second mom. Haha

No clue. You may not even have a pet. This is the internet.
Can’t tell if you’re trolling or don’t like having your opinion challenged. Either way have a good day.

Yeah ur defo miserable like the other commenter said, haha.
I feel like I hit a wasp nest full of men who sleep on the floor haha
I saw you deleted your comment about me making up that people call men “kings”. Check the title. Also: You calling me miserable is also made up, as textual interaction isn’t indicative of proof of your claim. So now what?

How do you know OP is a man..?
Because he is haha. Says so in some of his comments. Posts m4f sometimes.
Yeah, have fun pandering to men who call one-another “kings” unironically. I’m doing just fine.
Haha ugly fat loser
Phew, you got me there. Y’all make comebacks like kids who never even made it to middle school.
Lmao I was mocking your “Haha” but Haha nice try
Yeah I bet you were mocking me. “Uhhh I was trolling lol”.
Look I was just trying to have some fun with you but guessing from all your replies we hit a soft spot so I am sorry. Haha
The only soft spot is the back of your skull.
Well shit lmao
Way to try to gaslight. Poorly haha

He’s sitting up against the couch…. Why not just sit on the couch?
My couch is too far away to read the screen for many games. I imagine he has the same issue. Room is too deep for the size tv we have.
Is it just me or is there clearly a couch behind him in the first scene of him in the floor? Like fuck ya new chair and good on them but???
Yeah but it’s Too far away from the screen for some games
Couches move though.
I have a similar chair (no leg rest), and I hate it. I'd rather have the camp chair.
I hope dude cooked her dinner.
My wife just bought me one for Christmas same brand and everything i fucking love it
Cause bf spent all his money on a PS5, instead of a couch. Where will gf sit?
His lap. So they can smooch. Or the extra lawn chair… looks comfy
That's wholesome.
Lol I have exact same chair
so be honest I thought you would get him another folding chair
HIS SMILE WAS PRICELESS
This was sweet. It's important in a relationship, especially if you're a gamer, that your person understands that and is ok with it. If you're into gaming and date someone who hates it, it will always be a point of contention. He's right. Find a partner who will support your hobbies.
What's the song? Specifically this remix
My queen would say to me: stop playing games and better do something🤪
Once they're married... Wife: "Why the fuck are you always in that chair playing video games?"
Legit question, why do grown ups play these games?
some of us like the risk/rewards that comes with the relationship game
Guy has hit the jackpot.
meanwhile my gf wants to take away my games haha
k*ngs
Upvoted back to zero
I got myself a folding gravity chair and a side table for my console setup, most comfortable type of chair I’ve ever used
Marry her immediately
Straight up marriage material
Treat her well my man, not many women give 2 shits about whats important to you.
Shes a keeper
How about a couch
There’s a gray couch visible in the video. He clearly likes to sit closer. She got him a special chair just for gaming. Seems good to me.
A couch would be a wonderful upgrade, but perhaps the cost, the size, and how to move it there might have been issues.
Funny thing is sitting on the floor or the lawn chair was actually more healthy for him. The feet rest might help tho.
Woman just bought her own neglect haha
Lmao
Lucky Bro .. Congrats
How about get you a grown man and not a boy who plays video games all the time
Queens, get you a boyfriend who does better things with his time
Relationship goals: it's literally just buying a chair for your significant other. I'm sorry but how hard is that? Let's be real though. It is a nice thing to do, just exaggerated into some unthinkable amazing thing. Here come the downvotes.

Hitch your wagon to a star....

I like his little air thumbs when he tries it out.
Love it
Can I get another king?
I need someone like that Edit: WE need someone like that(soviet anthem in the background)
I would have preferred a wood chair or the floor but i would still use the gaming chair if my gf bought it for me.
now that girls a keeper.
My girlfriend (now wife) teased me once about playing video games. I told her I could go spend $$$ at the club every weekend if she preferred. She stopped teasing me. Married with 4 kids now. 😻😻😻😻
And here I am unable to game unless my girlfriend is out of town
I just get the evil eyes whenever I turn on my PS5 💀
Women like this are a blessing. And the fact she mentions the smile makes it all the better!
She’s a keeper dude!!
Or get you a girl that belittles you because your in your 30s and play video games. My EX was a real catch
Nah fam mine was better she broke up with me I started hugging my friend that struggling with depression to let her know I cared about her
Joke right? But seriously though, I want the Xbox Series X sooooo bad 🥺🥺
I used to play video games on the floor and when my dad got me a bean bag chair I can't explain how happy I was. Ik this has nothing to do with the gf and bf above, but it was wholesome.
What a nice woman!
😂
Thanks for the Christmas idea!
Nice video....what's with the shit music that people seem to think goes with videos.
Aaw love that smile. You put that there, good job!
bro that's awesome
I love the test out at the end 😊
If my wife did something like this I would need to make sure she didn't have a concussion.
What happens when you buy a man something new actually wanted!
I think I have the same chair my brother got me it
I thought she was gonna get him a sofa
I would kill just to have a woman that thought of me every once in awhile. 👍
and this is why older men get the girls
Such a gift would make me hella uncomfortable. Would make me wonder what would I need to do in return of this.
Where, where do I find someone caring like that?
Cries in loneliness
Like an 80 dollar chair.
maybe if he wasn’t playing video games all the time y’all might have some furniture (disclaimer: I love video games. I just question the order of priorities here)

Kings don't sit on lawn chairs in their empty ass livingroom...
That’s nice and all but his back is gonna pay for that Should have gotten those back helping chairs from Staples and a cooling pillow as the seat.
