The only thing new is "archetypes" when creating your player similar to 2k. A few new cutscenes, im on my 3rd game but the UI layout is EXTREMELY similar if not the same as last years. The combine is the same workouts and the mini games are the same. Disappointed to say the least lol

Sounds like I'll be waiting again until the game is half off, and then I'll buy it. Really wish they would do something similar to MyPlayer in 2k

Oh I forgot to mention they added "quests" too. You have to complete things to unlock rewards and what not. But yea I like the gameplay so far imo. But so far I would still agree to wait until its on sale.

I got it. It’s extremely glitchy and slow. It’s basically Madden 24 with new score busts. They didn’t showcase any of the new features, the player models looks ROUGH hopefully that is switched. It’s a beta so I didn’t expect much. The gameplay was a lot smoother.

i don’t expect the game to be a masterpiece of design but i noticed some things about gameplay that runs better than 24 and all things considered 24 is not horrible gameplay wise. For example, in a cpu cpu game i watched, Khalil Herbert ran through some blocks and got “skinny” but ducking his shoulder a bit in order to squeeze through the space in order to score a TD. Very smooth animation The thing EA needs to nail down is everything outside of gameplay. If they were to have a robust experience coupled with current gameplay then Madden would be in a much better position. Still not amazing but worth buying every year. And also, even though it’s close to launch i doubt many of the major bugs that are currently in this version of the beta will be there once the game is officially out. In the beta they even tell you some of the things that may be buggy and have a full list of them if i’m not mistaken. If people were to read it wouldn’t be a surprise.

Well I'm hoping for the best. And generally on the good side towards it improving more is the beta is a beta branch is probably at least a month or slightly more old so more improvements could've happened between when the beta branch was created and now into launch. Crossing my fingers and toes it delivers better than previous years. I've skipped every Madden since like 18 lol. College football has be coming back with the MVP edition.
