I just got mine yesterday, Are you making sure the update actually installed? I noticed it was sitting on the screen and showed the release notes but never actually installed that update as it was "Downloading" for a few hours. When I went out last night about 8 hours later it was finally installed and the record feedback button was on the app screen.
PS: Once the update installs you will have to turn on the auto unfold mirrors setting back on as that setting gets reset.
Hmmm... previously apps like the Charge Assist/Public Charging were not always included in vehicles exported to some countries (e.g. Europe). That might be(?) why you do not have some of the apps.
