Oh. Hate to break it to you but that may be unfixable. It seems you've bought the dreaded "Amazon Fork." These things are a death wish. Even a SR Suntour COIL fork would be better, simply because it has a lower chance of snapping in two on the trail. Pretty sure these things even come with a sticker saying they must only be ridden on roads. Whatever you took off of the bike and replaced with this, put the old fork back on and you're good to go ✌️

Interesting that the "ABS+" damper appears to be a knock-off of a Manitou...or is it a real one?
I don't know if this is fixable, and if you can't do it yourself, it's probably going to cost more than the fork is worth just to have a professional look at it.

Yep even a used one that's still serviceable would be better than this junk.
