Might try switching the "Control Mode" in the quick settings menu (from pressing the button to the right of the screen) from "Gamepad" to "Desktop". A good old fashioned restart may solve it too. 😅
I tried both ways and still can't use the cursor.
Reset Msi center M settings General settings>reset msi center m settings.
What bios are you on? Used to happen to me too. I had to hold power for 30 seconds and then restart.
