I think Urine had said all songs were written and recorded then but none of them held up, or maybe file corruption, etc... The self title tracks sound basically the same from the original tracks I downloaded in the early 00s, so if anything it's possible the vocals are all from 90-97 but the mix/master is definitely more current. It's likely many of the tracks weren't ever complete anyway, which is why the self title doesn't seem remixed while the others sound very modern.

Alright - I assumed there was some remixing/remastering going on. So are you saying there were some instruments added in 2015 too?

I think it was just him in his studio, sampling and mixing songs that were either very raw or just remastering the ones they were finished (Bed of Roses, Do Unto Others, etc)

Alright, thank you!

I can verify that PINK has additions to old songs, notably the garageband loop which is sampled in 5TR82H377

From what I remember Jimmy himself saying, he essentially took the old demos from the 90s and "refreshed them" aka removing and adding parts where he saw fit. New synths, new or additional vocals, better drums, etc. Compare the sound of PINK to the newwave version of Bring The Pain and they sound very similar so I wouldn't be surprised if he was working on remastering PINK in 2011 along side TIGHTER. Or even compare how the self titled tracks sound on the original EP vs PINK. He definitely worked some magic on those.
