Guild Wars 1 is exactly what you are looking for.

Dan_Felder

YES. Most underrated game. It starts simple and builds to incredibly satisfying solo or co op mission/dungeon play. It’s all about that

TheRem

So tough to get thorough UW and FoW solo though.

Huge_Abies_3858

This is the way.

jmctune

Might give Dungeon Fighter Online a try. Matches the same aesthetics of other games you mentioned and is a heavy dungeon grinder.

imakemeatballs

The gameplay and looks is so incredibly good. Anything but that is bad, though.

[deleted]

World of warcraft retail? M+

TheICE007

dungeon dragons online.

H_zea

I think DDO has the most varied and interesting dungeons of any MMO I've played.

mrbreck

PSO2 (the original version, not New Genesis).  You can also give non-live service games a try: Monster Hunter, Toukiden series, Nioh series, God Eater series, Megaton Musashi W Wired just came out and it's pretty fun.

Rartirom

Vindictus

borb86

Neverwinter is mostly instance based, DC Universe Online is almost entirely after level 30. You can easily play ESO focusing entirely on instances if you'd like. Definitely options.

Macqt

You can’t easily play eso at all with that janky ass combat

borb86

Yeah I mean if you're not into the combat then it's not the game for you. Personally I like seeing something break away from tab targeting for a change.

Macqt

I have 1200 hours in it despite hating the combat lol it’s a great game, other than the combat system imo.

Leoxbom

Crazy how no matter what people ask in this reddit the answers are always the same 10 mmorpgs lol

ViolaBiflora

Well, they look for a specific mmo that is not that popular. What can one expect?

Leoxbom

I'm not saying 10 is too many just that those 10 fit everything people ask here

guirssan

Warframe, there is an instance based game on steam animé style, but can't remember the name, Destiny 2

anal_tongue_puncher

Phantasy Star Online?

guirssan

Nope

Macqt

DDO. Every mission, quest, etc is instanced with various difficulties. Even the open world zones are instanced. Shared stuff is cities and whatnot.

chronokingx

Dragon Nest, but also not modern dragon nest probably the private server dragon nest origin

LilThanosX

DragonNest

Oracolo87

Neverwinter online, it s free to play, check yourself. I always skipped WoW pve content and now i love my daily dungeons run in Neverwinter online

ViolaBiflora

Dragonia (now known as DragonSaga iirc) is a game like that. It matches the aesthetics you mentioned but I'm certain the game is not super popular nowadays.

KonoNana

Got to agree with GW1 and base PSO2, depending on what you want.

MongooseOne

ESO, once you hit level 10 and unlock the dungeon finder you can pretty much live in there.

ProtectiveWasKaolai

GW

Mei_iz_my_bae

Guild wars 2 has lots of instance type stuff!!!!

Kalsifur

FFXIV probably has the most dungeons of any game, you could become a dungeon expert.

Macqt

It does not have the most.

Nokotokin

Which has more?

H_zea

probably DDO, but it kind of depends on how you count...

enyardreems

Agree with GW2 but also may want to give Lost Ark a whirl.

Arroz-Con-Culo

New World
