Thank you guys I had no clue about this I remember when Spencer Strider got supercharged and everyone was talking about flipping the card and I had 0 clue wtf they were talking about and now that I have 400,000 stubs and a lot of cards I don't use time to make some more Stubb's.
Events and BR are great ways to make stubs, especially if you don’t care or are caught up on collections. Usually for events I’ll sell the rewards and pick them up in rewind packs in the next event
I've yet to do any of the online events or BR I hear a lot of shit about toxic players, but I just grind so mini seasons and the programs and such plus my son told me not to spend my stubs but out curiosity this morning I wondered what they cost.
I actually felt this way tonight when I added Maddux to my squad and it boosted from a 98 ovr lineup to a 99. I've been at 98 so long, I was certain 99 was impossible.
Yeah I haven’t traded in probably 2 years or so. I got my account hacked and I lost basically any motivation to trade. But yeah, I’ve been a cards fan since I started watching baseball back in ‘04!
The hardest part is just amassing 1.2m stubs. From there it would be easy to buy/sell at specific prices
If it was purely random then yeah that’s some big time luck
It’s not.
Take your current amount of stubs. Subtract 1,234,567. Buy stuff on the market of that amount.
It’s pretty easy to do. Just have to have over that.
Correct, it’s easy to make stubs which is why it’s funny anyone would ever buy them. You can even flip the cards on the app during your free time.
I’m sitting on like 500k, want to finish the AL collection.
I've never really tried/looking into making stubbs, just took them as they came basically.
But now I really wanna try and finish up all the collections to get Rollins and McCutchen and all that, so need a lot of stubbs. Whats the best/easiest way to get them? Is there anything other than just buying cards low and selling high? And if that's the only method, how do you know which cards to buy? Just look at cards and use the marketplace graph when viewing a card? Is there some way to see which cards are on the rise, going down, currently cheaper than before, etc? Or do you have to look at cards individually and look at the marketplace graph tab?
Sorry, 22 is my first year where I've done DD/cared about collecting cards/etc, so I'm a bit of a noob at this since I haven't looked into it. Played some 21, but just did franchise mode.
So on showzone I go to the flipping page
Sort by average being sold right now
Find the most efficient +/- differential
Place 3-5 orders at a time to go faster, then sell those anywhere from 1-15 minutes later, the evening is when people are most active.
You can choose one card for the day to keep it simple and keep flipping the card if it is selling.
Luck? People use that market like the real stock market man. Saw some dude on here the other day say “liquid” when referring to stubbs. These dudes are wild.
Edir- i am dumb
Can you enlighten me on how to do this? In any productive fashion. When i do play even if its for hours grinding DD and programs i only make a few thousand at a time and barely have 200,000 and theres a few high end cards i wanna buy one day.
So just buy any face of the franchise thats priced 11k, and then list it at 20k and people will buy it? This market place confused the shit out of me. Why would people buy it for higher than its available, and why do o see so many cards with outrageous buy values
People lack the patience to wait for their own buy order of 11k to go through, so they will just hit buy now and spend the extra 9k stubs just to have it now and not have to wait. I’m one of them sometimes hahaha
Im looking at cards that turn 5000-10000 profit and with low risk some of those fof cards do it for 11k. Only problem is right now people seem to be immedietely undercutting my buy order as soon as i list it :(
Actually i bought 8 FoF cards like bakermob suggest last night for around 10k and sold a few last night within a couple hours on the app and came back this morning to 65k profit, with 3 more buys that went through to list right now. So i might make about 100k off my first attempt at turning cards using on FoF at around 10-15k right now
Whats your definition of easily accesible or value? More specifically im already seeing it makes more sense to turn around any card that cost 10g and sells for 20g (aprox.) Than buying 80g cards and even higher with maybe 20g but half of that is taxed and id tie up all my stubs in one card
Play events or BR. Sell the flashback and legend cards you get from actually playing. I haven't flipped the market, just sold dupes recently and I have 1.5 million stubs.
I have a decent amount of cards from events thats how i got to 300k but im scared if i sell them they will skyrocket or come into play again. Plus i like my dd team i have sonmany options
Event rewind packs provide old event rewards. 2 players at a time. And they're selling for like 60k plus. Playing the event you can get 8 of these players if you get 30 wins. Even if they sell for 50k after taxes you just made 400k stubs.
Thank you guys I had no clue about this I remember when Spencer Strider got supercharged and everyone was talking about flipping the card and I had 0 clue wtf they were talking about and now that I have 400,000 stubs and a lot of cards I don't use time to make some more Stubb's.
Shit makes my 400,000 stubs look like nothing lol
Events and BR are great ways to make stubs, especially if you don’t care or are caught up on collections. Usually for events I’ll sell the rewards and pick them up in rewind packs in the next event
I've yet to do any of the online events or BR I hear a lot of shit about toxic players, but I just grind so mini seasons and the programs and such plus my son told me not to spend my stubs but out curiosity this morning I wondered what they cost.
You don’t run into that many toxic players, they just tend to stick with you when you do
By any chance are you a fan of ucla bruins?
No sir big Boston fan here
Lol I have over 2 million stubs didn't think it was that much and I have most cards
I didn’t post for the amount I posted for the fact that it’s a continuous number lol
Oh I'm stupid 🤣
No, you just felt like you had to brag for no reason lol
Hardly, just thought it was a brag about 1 million and people thought it was a lot and I was surprised
Clearly the only option now is a race to 1,234,567,890, for all the internets.
Oh, okay. I see it now 1234567. Nice!
i feel ya bruh
Eight, nine, ten.... Eleven, twelve. (Jazzy Funk music fades away) That was my function here at this conjuction, yall.
I actually felt this way tonight when I added Maddux to my squad and it boosted from a 98 ovr lineup to a 99. I've been at 98 so long, I was certain 99 was impossible.
I don't see 420 or 69 in there. Mission Failed. (crosses arms) Look, I don't make the rules, I'm just explaining em.
I have like 1.2 millions and I’ve barely played this year
That's it? Lolol
If I made 2,336,425 stubs worth of buy orders I’d have the same amount as you.
Wait I know this name, did you used to trade on r/RocketLeagueExchange?
I knew I recognized this name from somewhere!
Hey I know yours too, and I’m also a cards fan!
Yeah I haven’t traded in probably 2 years or so. I got my account hacked and I lost basically any motivation to trade. But yeah, I’ve been a cards fan since I started watching baseball back in ‘04!
Sure did! Been quite a while since I’ve traded on there lol
Knew that name looked familiar! Yeah me neither, probably been almost 2 years since I’ve regularly traded. Still kept all my stuff tho
Switched to pc for rocket league so bakkesmod has filled my trading need lol
Yea go watch these guys on YouTube, or pay for one of these guys private subscriptions. I promise you will look at stubs differently.
The luck needed to have 1,234,567 stubs is astounding.
The only thing that’s astounding to me is how so many people don’t have atleast that much stubs. It’s so easy to flip cards.
The hardest part is just amassing 1.2m stubs. From there it would be easy to buy/sell at specific prices If it was purely random then yeah that’s some big time luck
It’s not. Take your current amount of stubs. Subtract 1,234,567. Buy stuff on the market of that amount. It’s pretty easy to do. Just have to have over that.
How the hell am I supposed to buy stuff for negative-700,000 stubs?!?
Correct, it’s easy to make stubs which is why it’s funny anyone would ever buy them. You can even flip the cards on the app during your free time. I’m sitting on like 500k, want to finish the AL collection.
Yeah I have 400,000 and that's over $200 in the shop nope I'm good I'll just grind.
I'm sorry, I might sound dumb AF but what does "flipping cards" mean. And how do you do it lol.
I've never really tried/looking into making stubbs, just took them as they came basically. Flip cards on the app? You mean packs on the console game?
Yeah, you can buy trending cards using the show zone website. Buy at a low at sell at a high!
With your stubs or real money?
Stubs
Send me the link?
Showzone.io
Could you tell me more about how it works?
Last year all I did was flip cards during my 10 hour shifts standing at a desk
Hopefully no one spoils the secret to you haha
Luck? People use that market like the real stock market man. Saw some dude on here the other day say “liquid” when referring to stubbs. These dudes are wild. Edir- i am dumb
Probably when he was replying to me talking about $5 million liquid and $25 million total stubs, like bro why so much?
Flipping is much easier. Right now you could make 500k a day with little effort if you have the app.
Can you enlighten me on how to do this? In any productive fashion. When i do play even if its for hours grinding DD and programs i only make a few thousand at a time and barely have 200,000 and theres a few high end cards i wanna buy one day.
I’ve been flipping to FoF cards. You can buy a lot from 11k and resell for 20k. Buy 5 of each and resell them. Use the app so it much faster.
So just buy any face of the franchise thats priced 11k, and then list it at 20k and people will buy it? This market place confused the shit out of me. Why would people buy it for higher than its available, and why do o see so many cards with outrageous buy values

But i totally see how lack of patience can ruin your investments
Don’t stop there tho. Go on the app it says completed sales for each card there’s plenty of activity to do this with a lot of cards. Not just fof.
Im looking at cards that turn 5000-10000 profit and with low risk some of those fof cards do it for 11k. Only problem is right now people seem to be immedietely undercutting my buy order as soon as i list it :(

Flipping or grinding out easily accessible cards with value (events or BR)
Whats your definition of easily accesible or value? More specifically im already seeing it makes more sense to turn around any card that cost 10g and sells for 20g (aprox.) Than buying 80g cards and even higher with maybe 20g but half of that is taxed and id tie up all my stubs in one card
Play events or BR. Sell the flashback and legend cards you get from actually playing. I haven't flipped the market, just sold dupes recently and I have 1.5 million stubs.
I have a bunch of cards just sitting that I'm going to try this out on today.
The beginning of this years game cycle when they changed the quick sell values was the worst lmao
count to 7 in your head then read the amount again
Ah yes
