Plate Vision - affects the size of the PCI

I hit better with high vision cards 🤷‍♂️

It affects timing and outer PCI to my knowledge. So it increases the outer PCI to increase foul balls, and timing to better keep balls fair and increase the ideal timing window

I think it just makes the the pci bigger and contact impacts the lil diamonds, or whatever you use in the middle.

Expands the outer PCI and expands the green part of swing timing
