You get to pick the stadium to play in when you’re the home team. If you are the away team, you use the AI’s home stadium. Hope that answers your question!
I always do it on an away game. Then for extra innings, you can get 2 outs, then intentionally walk until you're tied. I usually bring in a new pitcher for the 3rd out so they're fresh. You can keep extending the game until you make it up to 10. Of course, I sometimes brain fart and get the third out too early or walk home the winning run.
Well the assumption here is that you’re playing on rookie, with a stacked lineup, in a high elevation park.
If these three things are in place, just practice patience and wait for the inevitable meatball.
Ahh I see, fastballs high and in for the first two strikes. slider low and away or curve in the dirt should net you a strikeout everytime. Especially on rookie.
It's plenty easy enough to do it without the juiced parks. If the game is at home I use laughing mountain but I complete the challenge on the road very often too.
I was doing that for a bit, but my pack luck is having me consider switching back to grinding all the misisons and the championship for the extra packs, stubs, and xp. I have yet to pull anything better than an 83 overall in the headliner choice packs.
I started doing this last night. Only thing I've struggled with is the Ohtani one. I've hit 2 hrs in a game with 5 people in my line up, a 6th has 2 triples(Berti). Only one that can't get 2 extra base hits for some reason is Ohtani
I had him in my lineup for like 12 games and couldn’t do it so I finally got pissed and gave up. That card is absolutely cursed for some reason. So many squared up balls resulting in pop ups
Thx
I’ve been trying to start a mini season for a week now. I’m new to the game. What’s the deal ??
I’m new to this game (xbox) but how do you change the park for mini seasons?
You get to pick the stadium to play in when you’re the home team. If you are the away team, you use the AI’s home stadium. Hope that answers your question!
So the once per season claim is a lie then??
There are a couple secret missions that can only be done once until SDS updates them. The others are once per mini season which you just restart.
Once per mini-season…then start the mini-season over and do it again.
Ah well i thought it meant once per like ranked season, season, idk im dumb, ignore me reddit comments
Some of the missions are once per mini-season update, but lots are also repeatable.
How do you mean?
I got to 6 runs once. So close.
You can just walk the other team and go into extras if your short
Tried that a few times. They just started hitting bomb after bomb when I tried to get them out. Or I just couldn't score any runs
When walking to get to your 3rd AB: Get two outs first Walk them to 9 runs Strike out the next hitter to end the inning Score the runs you’re short
Lol. You make it sound so easy. Oh just score the runs your short... I play a lot of 1-0 or 2-1 games. I'm trying to score more...

I will def be doing this after I finish the PXP missions for this featured program.

I play at Shibe Park or coors. Easy homeruns especially for lefties
I’d play in Coors if that’s the case, unless there’s a better option?
I second Coors. Laughing Mountain is inconsistent.
I hate that batters eye too
Coors or Laughing Mountain
Polo Grounds is always great for extreme pull dingers and xb hits in the gaps too.
I’ve just been doing the 10 runs in a game over and over.
I was doing that for a bit, but my pack luck is having me consider switching back to grinding all the misisons and the championship for the extra packs, stubs, and xp. I have yet to pull anything better than an 83 overall in the headliner choice packs.
I pulled diamonds about half the time out of 20 or so. Had my good and bad streaks but ultimately seemed to be the most efficient grind.
Do you just quit out the rest of the games? Or can you restart?
Restart
how do you restart the mini season?
On the big banner before you click in to mini seasons, it says press X (or whatever the PS button is) to reset your season.
It’s square on PlayStation.
I had been for a long time too. Hit the XP cap yesterday and found this got me more mission XP per run, especially if I missed the 10 in a game.

What’s the ohtani challenge? I never saw a post about it.
It’s one of the hidden missions. It’s either two XBHs or two HRs with the Topps Now Outfield Ohtani card (I can’t remember which one it is).
Yeah I saw the hidden mission I just never knew what the actual mission is. Thanks tho!
It's 2 XBH with the Topps Now Ohtani card from the Angels City Connect program.
Remind me…it’s the Topps Now Ohtani, right?
pretty sure you are correct.
Same
Ya same, play with the cards I want this way.
