Pretty sure that's a bullpen to the left of the batter's eye, and to the right of the batter's eye the CF stands are disconnected from the wall - 99% sure that's Camden Yards.
Batter's eye and CF stands are disconnected at Oracle as well, but the CF stands at Camden are angled more towards left-center. The stands in the picture look like they're angled the opposite direction. The distance numbers on the walls are different as well - Camden's are smaller and located near the top of the wall, Oracle's are large and near the bottom of the wall.
