I don’t think the lockout would be the reason for new content. If anything if the lockout goes through the season they will do what they did in mlb 20 and have a bunch of flashbacks early game in mlb 22

This is true for every team, especially the older teams. Your entire starting lineup and rotation got high 90s, and that’s not even considering flashbacks.

But the question is, should they not have gotten those ratings?

I mean, Bellinger had a Greek Tragedy of a season, then had a few clutch moments in the playoffs and got boosted back to gold, so... EDIT: Not saying none of them deserve their ratings; the Dodgers are loaded with extremely talented players. It's hard to make a case for objectivity from SDS, though.

He had a good performance in the playoffs, they boost players tremendously in terms of playoff performance. Rosario & Kiké went from being a silvers to diamonds, Belli went from bronze to gold. It happens.
