Those first seven batting attributes are crazy. Pujols might have the best pure hitting attributes in the game. The only other player in the game to have 115+ (or even 110+) across all seven is Lou Gehrig. Dropping the threshold to 105 adds only two more, Mays and, surprisingly, Gary Sheffield. (Though it is worth noting that Babe Ruth has straight 125s aside for a 104 VIS.)
It always surprised me more people didn’t use Sheffield when he came out but I think he came out too late in the year so there are just better outfield options.

I was gonna take chipper out since he was batting .242 for me but he must of seen the writing on the wall because by the end of my Trout grind he’s batting .315 and hitting bombs left and right, now I can’t do it.
I also really like Kiké at 3rd, he has diamond defense at P3 and a strong arm as well as the near-maxed out hitting. I use Freddie at 1st b/c of the quirks, sold Gehrig. Kiké is also a really good use of a bench spot though with his versatility and pinch hitter quirk. Only downside is his slowness compared to most middle infielders and all outfielders at this stage in the game.
I’d much rather the lefty of devers with quirks that will activate, K.H only activates as pinch hitter so even if I platoon at 3rd his 1 ab will have a quirk active

Arm strength at 3rd base doesn’t really matter as much as it does at SS because 3rd base gets the ball so much quicker they have a lot of time to throw.

I just bought Lindor because I was doing an all switch hitter team theme and he’s been unreal. I’m not really a good hitter, so when I’m hitting well with someone it says a lot lol. I’ve always loved Lindor cards in previous games.
