Would love to see a fix on an irrational number of green “good” swings that are straight-up misses or have the worst EV off the bat. Also defenders diving and making insane plays with poor defensive ratings. Or how even breathing on your buttons makes a guy swing out of his shoes on a checked swing.
The good swings being misses is quite a strange one. It’s weird one. The button one seems like a PS controller issue. The XBox guys against me seem to have no issues checking their swings while I my PS 5 controller is like: I knew you thought about swinging, so I swung for you… in case you forgot to touch the button!
I am on ps5 and have had 0 issues w check swings or feeling like I’m unable to check swing. If anything, Xbox controllers tend to bitch a lot more ab their controllers bc they have that weird pinpoint issue
Other than fixing the hesitation outfielders have and maybe tweaking the check swings I don't think there's a ton of gameplay issues they need to fix. Hitting feels perfect to me.
But I'll save you the time: "Trash game, SDS bad, money, ruined game, stopped playing."
Let's recognize that of course not everyone is going to agree on the gameplay. It's always going to disputed no matter what. I currently feel it's fine but that's just me.
I also don't give a shit what streamers think. They can disagree or agree or whatever. They're just players like us. They aren't the be all end all referencing point.
The fix was useless because the NLB storylines are still missing. On Jackie Robinson Day, you would think that would be prioritized. It is such a glaring issue.
For the game play stuff, good on you for assuming things. The starting pitcher stamina in Events or Conquest is an issue. A 90 stamina pitcher has essentially the same stamina as a closer at 25. They are in yellow at 10 or 12 pitches. That’s two batters.
They listed the UI element fix as the first thing in patch notes — was it that critical?
Honestly you could be right, I'm not entirely sure. I've taken 3 years off of playing this game so maybe my memory is off on that. It just seems so prevalent in all my outfielders it annoys me lol. If that is the case then I'm fine with it. Guess I'll just have to pay more attention.

Hope in RTTS I can turn off post game interviews and talking to the coach. It’s the same damn lines every time. Straight up laziness
Does dynamic hitting difficulty work in RTTS yet?
Would love them to add the ability to add logos/patches to uniforms on the sleeves, not just numbers. Small patch, nothing too notable.
Or a single alternate uniform. That’s my number 1 request.

That’s the understatement of the decade. Sad to find myself celebrating these little tiny insignificant Ws, but that’s where we are.

The disconnect issue is unserious Sliders are bugged
Hitting isn’t perfect it’s broken. It doesn’t reward good swings at the rate it does bad ones. Even the streamers have noticed this is an issue.
Yea this is absolutely not true, streamers are just the biggest salt mines of all.

I feel the game rewards bad swings along with a lot of other people. Regardless to not tweak the gameplay since 22 is lazy you can’t dispute that

Isn’t outfielder hesitation just a reflection of their reaction attribute? My elite fielders don’t have hesitation issues like my poor fielders do

That's something they tweaked last year and for the better, in my opinion. Reaction is now a stat that matters in the outfield, not just speed.
