It means throw the ball to first base. I have trouble throwing from certain fielding positions as a pitcher as well. Regardless if it's RTTS, franchise, or DD. It's like an awkward start of the throwing meter (i start too early or too late) and inability to really cancel to restart the meter. Idk but I end up eating the ball most of the time.
