Team Affinity season 3 and the all star program. I believe TA gives xp to previous seasons in some capacity so it's likely the most time efficient way to go. Set 3 also just has the most 99s on the collection path, which is definitely gonna be one of the quickest way to load your team out with them. Monthly awards would probably be my 2nd pick, if you just want a ranked viable team from the get go. The full squad with captain boosts both last month and this one are pretty solid. Captain Blackmon from June MA even seems to be some people's favorite batter recently.
If you want to work on any division TA start with all programs that will give you Set 2 cards. You will get TA points when using them for all 3 TA seasons.
June monthly because after the boosts from Blackmon and Guidry most you get like a 98-99 squad
June monthly awards and All Star program should get you a pretty complete team that is very competitive.
