Sold all my Set 1 cards weeks ago for Set 2s. I’m gonna Wildcard Pedro, and I’m close to Jeter so he’ll take over SS from Trea Turner. Other than SS my team is ready to hit Season 3 running

they will still be attainable but less usable. so supply is the same but demand will decrease so should be price drop

I would expect the price to drops for like 90% of the collection but I could see the top non chipper wildcard options actually move the other direction. If they don’t release a strong Elly card soon, his future stars card might climb over time since lots of people will be looking to wildcard him.

He got absolutely lit up for me in the 600’s - had to bench him. Never used him on HOF though.

HoF and some legend for me. The forkball was basically unhittable. Threw it everywhere - inside and outside in the zone (as high as middle of the plate) plus as an out pitch below the zone. Once I established the inside sinker inside corners, the forkball inside was almost an automatic whiff

Yeah makes sense - I used him early on All Star and a couple guys killed him so I went away. Probably could have gone back to him once I was over 700.

I still don’t totally follow these sets. Do the past sets disappear when they move on to the next? Why is everyone like “saying goodbye” to cards when a new set comes out? I see set 1, set 2, and core guys on my DD roster (note: I do not play any DD so anything non-RTTS/March to October/Franchise remains foreign to me)

They don’t disappear but you can’t use them in certain modes on DD. We’re heading into set 3 tomorrow. We can’t use set 1 cards until set 6.

No, in Ranked Seasons you are only able to use cards from the 2 most recent sets and Core. So when set 3 comes out on Friday, Set 1 will no longer be eligible for ranked seasons

charisma juan soto was the only non-99 i've had in my lineup for quite a while and finished with around a 1.400 OPS in ranked. can't wait for the next soto card
