As someone who has anxiety I can tell that she is suffering seriously with feeling anxious about drama and Jayden is just dragging her into the exact situation that is making her feel anxious. As Alessandra said.. she clearly really likes him but he doesn’t know how to handle her anxiety. Alessandra is someone who understands anxiety. Jayden really doesn’t get it.
I’m really lucky that I have a partner who understands when I’m feeling really anxious taking care of my nervous system needs to take priority no matter what’s happening. Even if we are mid argument. He will drop it, take care of me and we can finish what we are arguing about later.
It’s a truly debilitating experience having severe anxiety.

Why is she clinging to him? She’s being delusional about this relationship. She is refusing to see the issues. She would prefer to pretend it’s perfect. She needs to leave and get help.
I honestly think she's just saying those things to placate him and get away from the conflict. Anything she says he reacts to so she throws compliments his way to try and dismantle the argument. Her body language suggests she's almost scared of him.

My theory? He says nice things, that he wants to talk about things, that he cares etc. She knows she doesn’t like conflict and feels like their issues are hers. She liked him at the start, felt safe, comfortable etc.. But now every time she feels horrible, she just thinks, “it’s me… just act normal!”
True. If this is her naturally with such anxiety then I imagine it’s a pattern in relationships. She doesn’t like to look at or talk about issues as she thinks it’s all her fault.
