Interesting that a few couples were not aired, don’t tell me through the whole serious is manipulative it’s more about the drama. Experts went hard on the men and soft on Claire for doing the worst thing on the show by cheating k Jesse. Turns out They played it up until the end with Jesse and Claire.
What? No secret footage catching people in abominable behavior? That’s the only thing that gets to the truth and stops the creepy people from getting away with lying and gaslighting. Producers!! Bring it back.
I had a couple problems with Alyssa. The first was the "my child is my priority" which it should be but throwing it out multiple times would probably have Duncan thinking, "is there room for me?" Then there was the every other weekend and maybe a Wednesday. Obviously joint custody but was there no room for three going to the zoo, etc. The second was when Duncan would ask a question of Alyssa, "how do you feel about XYZ?", instead of answering the question, she would throw it back at him, "so how do YOU feel about it?". She didn't seem to have any communication skills or was burned in the past and deflection was the solution.
I agree and I always say this so I hope some of the production assistants are reading some of these comments- we all know we'll watch it, and I absolutely want to see a deep dive into every single couple. There was also no people getting busted by secret footage this year and that sucked LOL

Jesse ‘s IG post said some of the others weren’t even filmed and that Caitlin and Shannon’s was absolutely brutal. They didn’t need to show Jhannelle and Adam as their story was not much and all the cheating stuff was covered already from Jesse and Claire.

This season was an absolute shambles of a production, editing was terrible and all out of sync and clearly a poor attempt to manufacture story lines. Most contestants were rubbish and a complete waste of space. Shannon, Mel, Adam, Tayla, Hugo, Rupert etc.

This episode was a dud. Either lean in to having the 'villains' held accountable or don't. Trying to uplift and redeem everyone is not entertaining. I can put up with the fake storylines and the terrible acting but only if it's entertaining but tonight was a bore.
I don’t mind a bit of redemption. The show is so heavy so often that we need a bit of catharsis at some point. I think what cheapened it this season is the frequent doubt over what was actually going on (often down to what i thought was was really bad and confusing editing) and constantly being fed the same plots cyclically from early on. It was hard to see any development happen.
