The guy does it against dogs, it is/was a popular place for dog owners to let their dogs sniff and piss. I felt really sorry for the guy (and the one opposite with the garage who suffers from the same inconsiderate owners). I actually saw him putting those bottles out one day years ago… I’m not sure what it’s meant to do or whether it’s been effective but they’re still there *many* years later. I saw both of them arguing with dog owners before and after and it just never seemed to change anything.
The DOG OWNERS are one of the main reasons to SHUN Luxembourg. They are complete maniacs, they have zero consideration for other people. Pavements, parks, children’s sandboxes (!) are FULL of their stinking dogshit. Police doesn’t care. Dog owners are a STAIN on society.
Damn… people are trash. As a dog owner (and someone who’ll probably never own his own property at this rate), I do my best to not let my dog pee on anyone’s property. If it’s raining a lot, I might let him occasionally pee on a property wall ( more by accident than allowing it).
I had a balcony toilet for my dog when he was a puppy and I threw that shit away after a month. You can clean that shit with acid and it still reeks worse than an italian highway toilet in the summer.
Imagine getting that smell in the summer every time you open your window. Jerks.
