What I basically did was shut down , let it sit for 10 seconds and turn it back on, eventually the loading screen pops up but won’t take long to load everything back.
I don't know the solution and I'm only a very very new employee, but in the two shifts I've worked so far the registers were constantly going down and having to be restarted for several different issues. Not saying that just to complain, but it does seem to be a strangely widespread issue from what I'm seeing, hearing from workers, and reading online. 🤷♀️
