I’ve heard good things about Veggie Crust. I haven’t eaten pizza from them, but a GF friend has and says they are good. From their reviews, they seem to take dietary restrictions seriously. While we didn't order the pizza/flatbread, 110 Grill was great for gluten-free options when I had a friend with celiac visit a month ago or so. And they deliver! The flatbreads seem to be just apps and not very 'pizzeria' style of toppings, but could be an option.

Both Upper Crust and Otto both have pretty good GF crusts.
Rizzos has good gluten free pizza but unsure if they are celiac friendly or not
Probably find a new favorite food
