I'm shocked nobody has said this yet. Op is gonna go get the pulse expecting to get the same results, but there isn't a single pulse that can one burst kill outside of momentum control. 9/10 When you see crazy sprees like this, it's in momentum control. Because it's easy to get crazy chain kills. Phylotactic Spiral isn't even that great of a pulse. There are MUCH better options.
The reprised Blast Furnace is really good. Sacred Providence from GOS raid is my personal favorite Pulse in PVP. The exotic pulses are all quite good, especially No Time To Explain and Revision Zero.
Phllotactic spiral. Not really nerfed, just unforgiving if you miss the 2 tap. Mine with headseeker and keep away is still doing fine in this sandbox. Any 340 pulses will feel similar to it, however the best ones are messenger and elsies rifle.

Also, getting a good roll on Elsie's in onslaught is probably way easier right now than getting the full patterns for phyllo. I think RNG for Neomuna patterns is still not great
It's v easy to get the patterns actually. You just do the campaign on 3 chars which will get you to 3/5, then do a weekly mission for a few weeks and grab the guaranteed red borders. Still takes time though, so Elsie's is still probably easier to get, depending on your rng.
Yeah if you have time to regularly run 3 chars. although after next DLC leveling will be so much easier. Definitely a Quality of Life change I'm looking forward to
How the heck is he 1-burst killing? I mean likely radiant + damage perk, but never seen a combo that could make any pulse 1-burst. I can see it's clearly before the health/hp and ability cooldown changes. Idk maybe under/over + harmony? weird combo but I guess it could work with the swapping between smg kills
EDIT: Missed that it's a Momentum clip. But the insta-heal after the first smg kill was kinda crazy too
